1. What we collect
When you use Novora we collect: (a) account info you give us (email, name, auth provider ID); (b) content you generate or upload (prompts, images, deployed sites); (c) usage telemetry (feature use, generation timing, error logs); and (d) payment metadata via Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers.
2. How we use it
To operate the service, deliver AI generations, prevent abuse, bill correctly, provide support, and improve product quality. Aggregate anonymized usage metrics may inform product decisions.
3. AI processing
Prompts and reference assets are sent to third-party AI service providers strictly to fulfill your generation request. We do not train models on your private content.
4. Sharing
We share data only with vendors required to run the service — hosting, database, payments (Stripe), email delivery, and AI providers. We do not sell your data.
5. Data you publish
Sites you publish under a Novora subdomain or your own custom domain are public by design. Content in unpublished projects stays private to your account.
6. Your rights
You can request export or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing support@novora.live. Deleting your account removes your projects, credits, and personal data within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access is scoped by row-level security. Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@novora.live.
8. Cookies
We use only essential cookies required for auth and session management. No third-party ad tracking.
9. Changes
We will update this page and revise the "Last updated" date when the policy changes. Material changes will be announced via email to active accounts.
