Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating a Novora account or using novora.live you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, don't use the service.
2. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You must be 13+ (16+ in the EU) to use Novora.
3. Credits & payments
AI generations are metered in credits. Paid plans grant a monthly credit allotment that resets each billing cycle; unused plan credits do not roll over. Top-up credit packs purchased separately never expire. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel from your billing page — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. Failed generations that do not return a usable output are auto-refunded to your credit balance. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store full card numbers.
4. Ownership of generated content
You own the code, copy, images, and other outputs Novora generates for you, subject to third-party model provider terms. You are responsible for how you use, publish, and license those outputs.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Novora to generate content that is illegal, infringes others' rights, is sexual content involving minors, promotes violence or hate, or attempts to evade safety systems. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Availability
We work to keep Novora available, but the service is provided "as is". We may schedule maintenance, throttle abusive usage, or interrupt service for security. We do not guarantee any specific uptime unless stated in a signed enterprise agreement.
7. Third-party services
Novora integrates with third-party services (Stripe for payments, AI model providers, DNS/hosting). Their terms may apply to your use of those integrations.
8. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Novora and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and total liability is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose security or abuse risks. On termination, your right to use Novora ends immediately.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-app. Continued use after changes take effect means acceptance.
